Snook & Aderton is located in Lubbock, Texas. We are a distributor, manufacture rep, and wholesaler of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies. We can ship directly to you or you can come by our store to pick up or place an order!

With over three hundred thousand parts and equipment, there's no job to small or big for us to handle.

Our History

Snook & Aderton, Inc was established in 1948 in Lubbock, Texas, by Edwin Snook and Bud Aderton. Shortly after, Snook & Aderton expanded to an additional store in Amarillo, Texas. Through the years, ownership changed from Edwin and Bud to Leon Davidson, Roy Voyles, Bob Snook, Dale Sedberry, Keith Voyles, and Wayne Davidson.

Wayne Davidson owned the company from 1999 to September of 2023. In September of 2023, the company was acquired by Matt Smith and then in September of 2024, Zach Maldonado, Rex Kennedy, and Thomas Kennedy purchased the business.

Since 1948, Snook & Aderton has been a manufacturer rep and wholesaler of HVAC equipment and parts. We have hundreds of thousands of parts.

Some of the additional services we offer are sales engineering and design.

We currently have one location in Lubbock, Texas, and are expanding our online reach to the entire United States.

Our Team

  • Joseph Cochran is an inside sales associate and is currently pursuing a Business Degree.
  • Wayne Davidson has been with Snook & Aderton since 1976 and has served in a number of roles including inside sales, president, and owner. Wayne now focuses on sales, sales engineering, and design.
  • Brandon Viveros is the store manager of Snook & Aderton, Inc.
  • Zach Maldonado is the president of Snook & Aderton, Inc.
