Ordering

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner. Our customer services crew is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. Please note that we are only able to obtain items made by manufacturers that we currently carry. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site. Please contact us here for pricing and availability information. Please allow 2–3 days for pricing and availability quotes on these items.

Can I place an order outside of your office hours?

Yes. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day. Our customer service team is available by phone 8am–5pm Monday – Friday.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Edits can be made online by following the link provided in your confirmation email, or by accessing your Order History in your account. Please note once an order has been processed, we may no longer be able to accommodate the edit you would like to make. If you are unable to achieve the update you'd like to make to your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in creating any returns or new orders needed.

Shipping

Is the shipping really free?

Yes, shipping is free for all orders through standard shipping! A majority of our items will arrive between 2-5 business days. Larger items shipped via freight usually take between 7-10 days. Call if you need an item expedited. Depending on the item, overnight or expedited shipping may have a fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 days. Next day shipping is available on most domestic orders (there may be a charge). If the item is shipped via freight, then shipping time is often 7-10 days. If the item is backordered or not in stock, then we will call you with a lead time.

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Lubbock. TX. In some cases, we will ship merchandise directly from the manufacturer to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

See our Return Policy for more information. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 15 days of purchase. You must cover the cost to ship the item back to our store. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Also, all items that are greater than $150.00 will have a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

– Discounted items from a final sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.

– As noted above, all items that are greater than $150.00 will have a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

– We cannot refund items that have been used. Nor can they be returned. 

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

  1. Email or call us with your order number and state which items you would like to return. 
  2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and in the original packaging.
  3. Put the products into shipment packaging and ship it to us (1702 Avenue F. Lubbock, Texas, 79401).

We will need 5 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.

Tax Exempt

What if I am Tax Exempt?

If you have a valid government issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, we can add your tax-exempt form to your account to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax.

If you have already placed your order please write your order number on top of your tax-exempt form, email it to us at brandon@snookhvac.com

Please note: you will only be exempt for orders shipping within the state of your exemption and the shipping or billing address must exactly match that on your exemption form. If the tax-exempt form is received more than 90 days past the order date, we may not be able to credit the sales tax paid on an order, and you will need to request a refund from your State Department of Taxation and Finance.
