Reznor air handlers are engineered to deliver powerful, dependable heating, cooling, and ventilation for demanding commercial and industrial applications. This collection includes indoor and outdoor gas-fired air handlers and packaged units capable of handling heating capacities from 150,000 to 1,200,000 BTUH and airflow ranges from approximately 1,000 to 13,500 CFM. Available in natural gas or propane configurations, Reznor air handlers support heating-only, makeup air, or combined heating and cooling systems using DX or chilled water coils, making them ideal for warehouses, manufacturing plants, automotive facilities, retail spaces, and large commercial buildings.

Reznor air handlers are built with separated combustion technology, power-vented operation, and heavy-duty galvanized steel cabinets for reliable performance in harsh or high-use environments. Flexible installation options allow for indoor or outdoor mounting, roof curb installation, horizontal or vertical discharge, and customizable inlet air configurations. Advanced control options—including single-stage, two-stage, and electronic modulation—enable precise temperature management and improved energy efficiency.

Contractor-friendly design features such as factory-assembled configurations, easy-access control panels, optional variable frequency drives (VFDs), and extensive accessory availability help simplify installation and maintenance. Additional options like evaporative cooling modules, outside air hoods, filtration packages, and extended heat exchanger warranties allow systems to be tailored to specific application requirements.
