Xylem-Bell and Gossett 189110 Stamped Steel Coupler

The Bell & Gossett spring pump coupling 1/2"x1/2". Fits series 100 1/12 HP booster pumps. Pump couplings (a.k.a. pump couplers) connect the motor shaft to the pump shaft. When the pump coupler "breaks" or wears quickly it is most likely an indication that the pumping shaft and motor shaft are out of alignment.
