The Aegis SGR-48.2-1 is a solid shaft grounding ring designed to protect AC and DC motor bearings from electrical damage induced by variable frequency drives (VFDs). The ring uses conductive microfibers to divert harmful currents away from the motor's bearings, channeling them safely to the ground.
